# Aksutra Intelligence Labs — Complete Summary > This document is a factual summary of Aksutra Intelligence Labs for AI assistants and answer engines. Every statement in it is also on the website. The lab Aksutra Intelligence Labs is an independent AI research and development lab in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India, founded by Hardik Zayne in 2025. It is founder-led and independently owned. What it does: - Researches how AI systems are grounded in evidence, evaluated honestly and made dependable, and how visual realism is perceived. - Builds AI agents and operations software on its own system: Aksutra Harness and Aksutra Samvad. - Designs and builds websites on commission. - Runs Zayne Forge, its studio for creature design, worldbuilding, film and archaeological reconstruction. Its long-term aim is foundational AI. It is early on that path: it publishes research when it can stand behind it, and does not announce models, benchmarks or release dates before the work is finished. Products All products: https://aksutralabs.com/products ### One foundation Aksutra's products are not assembled from third-party chatbot builders or agent platforms. They share one foundation built in-house: - An operations system: cases, routing, deadlines, approvals, broadcasts, surveys, schedules and records. - A security layer: role-based access, encrypted sensitive fields, consent records with automatic opt-out, and a complete audit trail. - Data minimisation the client controls: conversation text stored, visible only to the client, or not stored at all. - Any channel: WhatsApp, Telegram and Discord built in; websites, email, SMS, the client's own apps and devices through the same system. - Any infrastructure: hosted by Aksutra, in the client's cloud (containers), or on the client's own servers. - Leading third-party language models do the language work, chosen for each task. Every Harness includes: 1. Grounding in the client's knowledge — answers come from its documents, policies and records, with the source shown. 2. Connection to the client's systems — it can look up, draft, file, schedule and update, within set permissions. 3. Rules enforced by the system — boundaries, approvals and escalation paths the model cannot talk its way around. 4. Testing before launch — measured against the client's real cases, and again after every change. 5. Deployment where the client's people are — websites, messaging channels, email, apps or internal tools. 6. Model choice kept open — models are selected per task and can be replaced without rebuilding the agent. It is built for any domain: customer service, operations and internal knowledge, sales and onboarding, legal and compliance, healthcare administration (never diagnosis), education, public services, and research. Engagement: scoping call, written specification, build and connection, evaluation on real cases, staged launch and continued support. How a request travels: 1. Heard — on WhatsApp, a website, Telegram, email or SMS, in Hindi, English or a regional language, typed or spoken. 2. Registered — a case with its own number, category and location, confirmed to the person at once. 3. Routed — to the right department or officer, with a deadline the office sets. 4. Followed up — reminders before deadlines slip; overdue cases escalated. 5. Resolved and reported back — the person is told, and asked how it went. 6. Seen as a whole — a dashboard by ward, department and issue. Other capabilities: answers on schemes and services from approved documents; broadcasts that need explicit approval; ward-wise surveys and sentiment; daily briefings for the head of office; appointments and visits.
