Studio Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 2026

Zayne Forge ("Zayne Forge", "we", "us") is the studio division of Aksutra Intelligence Labs, Jaipur, India. This policy explains how we handle personal data and project material when you visit aksutralabs.com/studio or work with the studio. It supplements the Aksutra Privacy Policy, which also applies.

We follow the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the rules made under it, and apply the principles of the GDPR for visitors in the European Union and the United Kingdom.

1.What we collect

  • Inquiries: your name, email address, the kind of project, and your message.
  • Project material: briefs, references, images, documents and other material you share with us during a project, and the correspondence around it.
  • Site data: as described in the Aksutra Privacy Policy — hashed IP addresses, browser type, referring page and page views, without advertising or tracking cookies.

2.How we use it

Project material is used only for your project. It is not used for other clients, not shared outside the studio without your permission, and not used to train any model.

  • To answer your inquiry and prepare a proposal.
  • To carry out the work in your agreement: research, design, production, review and delivery.
  • To keep the records the law requires, including for tax.

3.Confidentiality

Client projects are kept separate from one another and access is limited to the people working on them. We are glad to sign a mutual non-disclosure agreement before you share anything sensitive.

4.Service providers

Production can involve third-party AI and software services. They receive only the material a task requires, and we choose services whose terms do not permit them to use it for their own purposes. Some process data outside India, which we allow only as Indian law permits.

5.How long we keep it

We keep project material for the duration of the project and for a reasonable period afterwards for revisions, reference and legal compliance. You may ask us to delete it at any time, unless we are required to keep it.

6.Your rights

You may ask what we hold about you, and ask us to correct, update or erase it; withdraw consent; raise a grievance with us and then with the Data Protection Board of India; and nominate a person to act for you. Visitors in the European Union or the United Kingdom have the additional rights described in the Aksutra Privacy Policy.

7.Changes to this policy

When we change this policy we update the date at the top of this page.

8.Contact and grievance officer
