Studio Terms of Service

These terms govern commissions and other work with Zayne Forge ("Zayne Forge", "we", "us"), the studio division of Aksutra Intelligence Labs, Jaipur, India. By commissioning work you accept them. Your project agreement, where it says something different, takes precedence.

1.Services

Zayne Forge provides creature design, worldbuilding, visual development, film and brand content, and archaeological reconstruction.

The scope, deliverables, timeline and price of each project are set out in a written project agreement or statement of work before work begins.

2.Quotes and payment

Each project is quoted individually, based on scope, complexity and usage rights. Quotes are valid for 30 days.

A deposit may be required to begin work; the balance is due on completion unless agreed otherwise. Invoices are due within 15 days unless stated otherwise, and late payments may incur interest.

All work remains the property of Zayne Forge until it has been paid for in full.

3.How the work is done

Work proceeds in stages — concept, development, refinement and delivery — with your feedback taken at each review gate. Revision rounds are included as specified in the agreement; further revisions may be charged.

Our work is produced with the help of AI systems, including the studio's own operating layer, Forge OS. Every deliverable is verified against the studio's internal standards before it is delivered.

4.Archaeological reconstruction

Reconstructions are interpretations built from the evidence available. We document which parts are evidenced and which are inferred, and deliver that record with the work. A reconstruction is not a scientific finding unless it has been reviewed as one by qualified specialists.

5.Ownership and licensing

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• Zayne Forge retains ownership of all source files, working files and underlying creative assets, and of Forge OS and its methods, which are never transferred.

• The client receives a licence to use the final delivered work for the purpose agreed.

• Zayne Forge may show completed work in its portfolio and marketing unless a non-disclosure agreement says otherwise.

6.Confidentiality

We treat client information and project details as confidential, and are glad to sign a mutual non-disclosure agreement.

Clients agree not to share the studio's methods, prompts or internal processes with third parties.

7.Cancellation

Either party may cancel a project with written notice. Work completed up to the cancellation date is billable, and deposits are non-refundable.

8.Limitation of liability

Zayne Forge's liability is limited to the total value of the project. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or lost-profit damages. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9.Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
