These terms govern your use of aksutralabs.com (the "Site"), operated by Aksutra Intelligence Labs ("Aksutra", "we", "us"), an independent AI research and development lab at 3rd Floor, C-3, Shanti Nagar Rd, Shanthi Nagar B, Gurjar Ki Thadi, Jaipur, Rajasthan 302019, India. By using the Site you accept them.
Work we do for clients — website commissions, Aksutra Harness, Aksutra Samvad, research collaborations and studio commissions — is governed by a separate written agreement, which takes precedence over these terms.
1.Using the Site
You may use the Site for lawful purposes. You may not attempt to gain unauthorised access to it or to our systems, test its security without our written permission, interfere with its operation, or collect its content by automated means other than for search indexing permitted by our robots.txt.
2.Information on the Site
The Site describes our research, products and services in good faith. It is general information, not professional advice, and it is not an offer capable of acceptance: scope, price and commitments are set only in a written agreement.
Where the Site reports a measurement, it states its source and limits. Internal evaluations are identified as such.
3.The site assistant
The assistant on the Site answers questions about Aksutra using an AI model. Its answers can be incomplete or wrong, are not advice, and do not bind us. Please do not share sensitive personal information with it. We may limit its use to prevent misuse.
4.Research and publications
Our papers can be read on the Site and are published on Zenodo under the licence stated in each paper — for example, Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 where it is shown. Reuse of a paper is governed by its licence, with attribution to its author.
5.Intellectual property
Except where stated otherwise, the Site's content, design and code, and the names Aksutra, Aksutra Harness, Aksutra Samvad, Zayne Forge and Forge OS, belong to Aksutra Intelligence Labs. You may view and share the Site for personal and informational purposes; any other use requires our written permission.
6.Reviews and feedback
If you submit a review or feedback, you confirm that it is your own honest account, and you allow us to publish it on the Site with the name you gave. We may decline to publish or remove submissions that are unlawful, abusive or unrelated to our work.
7.Links to other sites
The Site links to sites we do not control, such as research archives and social platforms. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
8.Disclaimer
The Site is provided "as is". We work to keep it accurate and available, but we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or free of errors.
9.Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
