How does Aksutra protect client data?
Aksutra's agents run on its own system, not on third-party chatbot builders or agent platforms. Access is by role and every action is logged; sensitive fields are encrypted; consent is recorded and opt-outs are honoured automatically; and the client decides whether conversation text is stored, visible only to the client, or not stored at all. Language models receive only the text a reply needs, from providers whose API terms exclude training on submitted data. Deployments can also run on the client's own servers.
